Project memory in Claude

Step by step

On our Free account on 27 Oct 2026, the same steps worked.

1. Click New project and type the name and goal.

   Plan my move to a new flat: dates, boxes and bills.

   Copy the words
   Open the whole screen for step 1.

2. Click Create project.

   Open the whole screen for step 2.

   You see the Home move project page.

3. Click View next to Memory.

   Open the whole screen for step 3.

   See the whole screen

   You see No memory yet and Use account memory switched on.

4. Close the Memory box and type the test question.

   When does the Northfield Software newsletter go out?

   Copy the words
   Open the whole screen for step 4.

   See the whole screen

5. Send the question.

   Open the whole screen for step 5.

   See the whole screen

   You see an answer saying no newsletter send day was found.

6. Open Memory and switch off Use account memory.

   Open the whole screen for step 6.

   See the whole screen

   You see Use account memory switched off.
